Our own Josh Russell,<\/a> VP of Technical Sales, sat down with INTERPHEX Global<\/strong><\/a> TV to dive into AST\u2019s latest drug manufacturing innovations showcased at INTERPHEX 2025, and discussed current industry trends and the importance of turnkey solutions for meeting evolving product demands<\/p>\n\n

AST kicked off our 60th<\/sup> anniversary as a company by bringing the latest in comprehensive, forward-looking aseptic processing product and service advancements to the Javitz Center, NYC. Our exhibit at INTERPHEX featured our new fully automatic\u00a0GENiSYS\u00ae C<\/a><\/strong>, a fourth-generation fill-finish system designed to meet and exceed regulations, including the latest Annex 1. The system showcased at INTERPHEX will be placed with\u00a0Ascend Advanced Therapies<\/strong><\/a>, a specialist adeno-associated virus (AAV) development partner, at their state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Alachua, Florida.<\/p>\n\n

Alongside the advanced fill-finish system, AST unveiled two new turnkey advancements, offering demonstrations of our new glove testing system,\u00a0Shield\u2122GIT,<\/a><\/strong> and new\u00a0digital twin\u00a0solution.
